[1] The Velocity Control feature blocks transactions with the same parameters in a interval of time, to avoid duplications. This kind of issue can happen for many reasons and this feature protects both customers and merchants.

The default transaction fields considered in the duplication validation are: first_name, last_name, card_number, card_cvv, cvv, account_number, check_number, amount, street_address_1, street_address_2, city, state, zip, country. Click here for more information on the transaction request fields.

The default interval in which a transaction will be considered duplicated is 1800 seconds (or 30 minutes).

Both configurations can be changed by the merchant request.

[2] Auto Capture is a feature that allows the merchant to automatically capture all the authorizations created with the processor before the batch process, without the need to capture every single one manually. Click here for more information.
